All outstanding invoices must be paid before an account is cancelled or once cancellation has been requested. Once an account is terminated it is removed from all our servers. A backup copy of your data will be kept for a maximum of 10 days after cancellation.

Not all Channels of Support are available at all times. All inquiries are handled in the order in which they were received. Besides using PayPal to accept payments, The Forge Gaming Network, inc. also accepts EFT payments, both through the FGN Donation services as well as during purchases of our products on our site.
EFT payments are conducted on a users personal online banking and as such the Forge Gaming Network, inc. cannot take responsibility for an external internet sites.
How do we protect your information?
